Harwich Road Relays Sat 18th March 2017

Harwich Road Relays are now open for entries. This is a fast flat relay race of 5k legs along the seafront at Dovercourt. Teams consist of 3 people with the exception of open men which is 4. This is a great event and a good sharpener for those marathon training.

Can you let me know if you’re able to run and we can sort our teams. Below are the categories of teams

• Open Men (teams of 4)
• V40 Men (teams of 3)
• V50 Men (teams of 3)
• Open Women (teams of 3)
• V35 Women (teams of 3)
• V45 women (teams of 3 )
