Cross Country Training Saturday 9.50 – Discovery Centre Cafe10.00

I suggest parking at Tesco at around 9.50 then use the 3/4 mile to The Discovery Centre Café Area as a warm up where at 10am we will jog to the front of the Big Hill for Dynamic Stretches.
The main body of the session will be based on and around the Hill and will be split in to two 20 minute segments. There will be a refreshment break after the first segment of 3 minutes.
Spikes or studs can be worn which you can change into on arrival at The Café and Steve and I will look after any kit and bottles whilst you are running.
As with all our sessions this is suitable for everyone and will not only put you in good shape for the xc season but also improve stamina and strength two key facets of improving road running.
The session will be finished by 10.45.
