Christmas Eve Run – Witham Leisure Centre 11am

With Christmas Eve falling on our Thursday Structured Efforts session day it seems like an opportunity for an  Official Club session!

To accommodate those very kindly marking out the BD5 course we will meet at the Witham Leisure Centre at 11am then jog up to the `Old Oak Tree’ for drills followed by some 400metre reps which I will measure on an out and back course.

I suggest we do 15 minutes out and back including a minute recovery between each,  heading up Peg Millers Lane instead of towards The Victoria to avoid a potential busy road.
