Braintree Track Session – Saturday 9am

This Saturday will take the form of two circa 20 minute Fartlek Segments with a 3 minute rest/refreshment separating each.
The first will involve 1 and 2 minute fartlek efforts at slightly quicker than 5k pace interspersed with 2 minutes at tempo pace – or the pace at which you run on Tuesday’s.
The second segment fartleks will again be 1 and 2 minute duration with the tempo effort for 3 minutes.
For those wishing to programme their Garmin it will look like this:
2,1,2,2,2,1,2,2,2,1,2,2 – 3 – 3,1,3,2,3,1,3,2, (minutes)
Please pack some refreshment, a change of kit and towel in your kit bag.
These sessions are suitable for everyone and it would be great to see some new faces this week.
