BD5 – Get involved!

The committee are starting to look at the planning of our annual Boxing Day 5 Race and this year we would like to put together a small committee to help organise it.

The plan is for different members to take responsibility for different elements of the race (such as course set up, race entries, HQ set up, parking etc).

If you are interested, we would ask that you are able to give up some of your time in the lead up to the race, and possibly attend a few meetings, either in person or via Zoom.  You will also need to be available to volunteer on Boxing Day itself, to take the lead on your particular area.

This is a great opportunity to help give something back to your club.  You don’t need to have any experience, and it doesn’t matter if you’re new to the club.  If you’re keen to help, we’re keen to have you on board.
