Autumn/Winter Training Programme

Sorry to talk about winter training whilst we are still in July and enjoying the sun!!
I am about to start putting the autumn/winter training together for the running club. So this is an ideal opportunity to let me know what sessions previously you have enjoyed, or those you have not enjoyed so much. And any new ideas for locations as we do struggle to find great locations when the nights are darker.
The next timetable will cover September through to end December and will focus on building up mileage to accommodate the longer runs in the race diary, but not marathons at this stage. There will also be hill training and I am looking (subject to availability) to put on some cross country runs.
