AGM Wednesday 1st March

This Year our Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday 1st March and will this year be held at Benton Hall starting at 7.30pm

It is important that as many members as possible attend, to ensure that any decisions made at the AGM reflect the wishes of our members.

If you have any matters which you would like to raise at the AGM, please let me know as soon as possible by using the contact me page on the website or see me at the club.

If you would like to put your name forward for a position on the committee this needs to be done either in writing prior to the AGM or verbally at the AGM to myself. You need to ask a current member to propose you and another current member to second you.

Even if a current committee member has indicated they are willing to re-stand for their position any other club member can apply for any committee position
