53-12 XC – a couple of notices

Just a couple of notices about tomorrow’s fixture.

The course is suitable for spikes as it is virtually all on grass except for a 15m stretch which is on footpath with grass to the side. There will be hills to negotiate but thankfully no ditches.

Please do not wear spikes or muddy shoes in the recreation hall.

Writtle College will be using the senior race for an inter-college race. There are approx 20 runners taking part and they will be wearing numbers. They will not take a disc at the finish so will not affect our finishing positions.
