Essex Way results

Thanks to all those who ran the Essex Way and for the volunteers who helped our leg go smoothly; Stew Waller, Liz Stuckey, Jo Smythe, Graham Eyre, Anita Grainger and Tracey Denby. Special thanks to Tracey who brought jaffa cakes and biscuits along to our leg finish after running leg 1.

We only had one problem; a lady from Leigh on Sea Striders getting lost early on and finally getting to the finish line at 3.15, 2 1/4 hours after start.

Team A – Cat position 13th. Overall position – 17th
Team B – Cat position 20th. Overall position – 28th

Well done everyone. For those who didnt run, hopefully see you next year, this is a fabulous event and a chance to do something a bit differant.
