mediumt writes "Just a quick reminder that we need all hands to the pumps for this Sunday's cross country fixture at Great Notley Discovery Centre.
This is our fixture so it would be great to see as many people as possible turn up to either race, marshal or both. All marshals to be there for 8.30 so we can set the course and show you to your marshal points. The Juniors race is at 10 so would be good to give them support and the Adults race starts at 10.45. If you are running, please remember to wear your black and gold vests!
We are currently top of pool B in the 53-12 league and going for promotion so please make every effort to attend.
There are showers and changing facilities available at the centre as well as coffee, cakes and light snacks.
