Five groups running approx. 5 miles with the possibility of a bit extra for those in marathon training.
TUESDAY - Bramston 19.30
Group run with plenty of turn backs for the faster runners.
WEDNESDAY - Eastways 19.30
Structured training with Jonny, meeting at the Industrial Estate.
THURSDAY - Bramston 19.30
Structured training with Head Coach Pete with the option of a five mile easy run for those who are saving their legs for Sunday.
SATURDAY - Morrisons 09.00
Cycle ride to Heybridge Basin, taking in a few hills along the way. Aiming to get to the Lock tea shop for 11.00 so feel free to join us there for coffee & cake and/or a more gentle ride back. Full distance around 35-40 miles.
SUNDAY - Great Notley Discovery Centre 08.30
No run from Morrisons this morning as WRC will be hosting the 53-12 fixture at the Discovery Centre. We are currently top of Pool B and looking to consolidate our position to ensure promotion. Please make every effort to attend to either run or marshal. The juniors race is at 10.00 and the adults race at 10.45. Cost is £2 to park and £2 to race - Coffee after is free!"
