SUBSCRIPTIONS NOW DUE

Now that Christmas, New Year and the AGM are out the way, club subscriptions are due on 1st March. Forms will be available from 15th February – you can either download from the website (from “club documents”), alternatively see me at the club over the next few weeks. If you wish to compete in races and to qualify for the £2 reduction you must hold an England Athletics Race Licence; simply being a member of a running club no longer entitles you to the £2 reduction. Cost of EA membership is £5 annually. EA membership makes economic sense if you plan on running in 3 or more races during the year. If you wish to enter into the club ballot for 2011 VLM places you must be a fully paid up member by 31st March 2010. There will be no exceptions. Since I will not be around for much of March (returning on Monday 22nd) I’d be grateful if you could get your subs to me as soon as possible. We will not cash any cheques until 1st March; alternatively Liz our Treasurer will collect in my absence Cheques or cash without the form will not be accepted under any circumstances.
