Witham Running Club Cycle Kit

Due to the success of the Saturday morning peloton, it was thought that a good way of increasing the amount of kit we have, while promoting the activities of the club, would be to design and order shirts and jackets featuring the WRC logo.

As cycle kit is technical in its nature, we will be using a specialist manufacturer, Endura, who are able to provide high quality cycle shirts and jackets, designed to meet the demands of the British weather, for a reasonable price. Smaller or larger sizes can also be ordered at a surcharge.

Although Endura produce almost any cycling garment you could think of, the ones we think will be most popular are the short sleeve road shirt and the windtex jacket - the latter being warm, windproof and waterproof, making it an ideal part of anyone's winter wardrobe. Joining the peloton will not be a condition of sale!

As cycling is not a core activity of the running club, WRC will not be subsidising the order. The cost is likely to be about £40 for the road shirts and £52 for the jackets.

Other items included in their brochure include long sleeve shirts; MTB shirts (more relaxed fit); lightweight windproof jackets and windproof gilets.
