Lost dog!

I have received this plea concerning a dog lost during our cross country last Sunday. If you have any news please let me know.

"Hiya and sorry to trouble you.

Last sunday there was a run at notley country park.

We were there walking our greyhounds and you had lots of volunteers manning the carpark and dotted around the park.

During the run, a lady 'lost' her mini schnauzer dog: she turned her back to talk to her child - and the dog was gone. Despite searching for hours - there was no sign.

The family has searched for a week since to no avail - and it may well be that she was stolen.

I am part of a group of volunteers that, through a website called dogslost, help people find their lost dogs.

I need a big favour:

would it be possible for you to ask around the volunteers that were out and about that day - if they saw anything or anyone suspicious?

The dog may have well been carried - unless they had their own lead. She may have been carried back to the carpark, but they may have left via the underpass.

There is a reward for her safe return and we are busy postering and raising awareness for this wee girl. We hope to make her too hot to sell - and hope that they may claim the reward to hand her back.

I have enclosed the link to her details - she is small terrier sized, spiky grey fur and was wearing a bright pink collar.

www.doglost.co.uk/dog_blog.php?dogId=37050

Any info, no matter how small, may help.

Thankyou in advance - we would just like to get this much loved girl back to her family.

kris owen

volunteer"

New Date & Time for Gt Bentley Half
